Week Seven...already.

Week Seven's Goals:
1. Exercise 3 times this week.
2. Enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner, but not eat too much
3. Write down a list of the things I am most grateful for this year in my journal
4. Try to eat more veggies (cooked for my stomach's sake)
