This week's goals:
1. Exercise 4 times
2. Do sit-ups every night
3. Not say one negative thing (out loud, it's hard not to think it) about myself.
4. Watch the BYU vs. Utah game! Go Utes!

Great goals. Guess what? I exercised once this past week. :P Haha, once, pathetic, but it's better than nothing, right? :)
I exercised 3 times last week, but at 3 candy bars (Halloween candy). Still, you've inspired me.
I went to the gym once this week. Shooting for twice next week. :)
I have been doing crunches and pushups every day... I can only to 7.5 of the real kind.
