Week Eleven, at it again!

Weekly Goals:

1. Drink more water. At least 24 ounces more than I have been---per day.
2. Exercise twice. Starting slow.
3. Start my fast on Saturday night,after dinner.

Here we go again.....!

i'm working out with you too. its hard to haul myself out of bed in the morning, but once i'm up i'm happy about doing it.

water, what a bugger. I fell in love with water a year ago and unfortunatley we had a bitter break up all over soda (boo) a month ago. I will have to rekindle the spark with water and boot coke to curb he does nothing for me but anger me.
